What exactly is a "ready-to-eat" GeoSprings pack?
Every GeoSprings pack is fully cooked using traditional recipes and sealed to lock in freshness. There's no marinating, chopping, or cooking from scratch — just heat and eat, and it tastes like it was made fresh in your own kitchen.
Do your products contain preservatives or artificial colours?
No. Every pack is made without preservatives or artificial colours. Our products are chemical free and hygienically prepared, proudly a product of India.
How do I prepare a GeoSprings pack?
Most packs can be heated directly in hot water for a few minutes, or emptied into a pan and warmed on the stove. Exact instructions are printed on the back of each pack, and you'll also find them on the product page for every item.
What is the shelf life of GeoSprings products?
Shelf life varies slightly by product and is printed on every pack along with the manufacturing and best-before dates. Store in a cool, dry place, and once opened, refrigerate and consume within the time noted on the label.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, our current range is 100% vegetarian. Ingredient lists and allergen information are printed on each pack — please check these carefully if you have specific dietary requirements.
Orders, shipping & returns
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location, and an estimate is shown at checkout before you place your order. You'll also receive tracking details by email/SMS once your order ships.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we do. For bulk or wholesale enquiries, please reach out to us through the Contact Us page and our team will get back to you with pricing and availability.
What is your return/refund policy?
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Since these are food products, opened packs cannot be returned unless there was a quality issue.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also check your order status anytime from the Order History section of your account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
